Do I need a new User key or will my old one work? I did what it said on the mulab page and
kept my User folder from both 32 bit and 64 bit versions, and replaced the other folders, but now it's telling
me that my old User Key is not valid.

All updates of MuLab 5 were free for MuLab 5 users. Just like all updates of MuLab 6 are free for MuLab 6 users. But the upgrade from MuLab 5 to MuLab 6 is not free. You can upgrade from MuLab 5 to MuLab 6 for only 25 euro via http://www.mutools.com/shop.html

Where can i download the latest Mulab 5? Maybe i already have it in my backup

They're both 32 bit on my hdd, i like 64 bit these days..
