How can I represent slash/chords ( i.e., for identifying independent bass notes ) . . D/E, D/Eb, D/Db .. etc ....
Can the master chord line be forced to represent chords+bass this way ...?
Can the input reader be forced to read the lowest notes as an independent bass note, and then represent the chord as a slash/note ?
Regard,

That is a good question.
It is possible to use slash chords this way:
Any note that is a 'bass' note will use the bass note of the chord which is the chord root by default.
The chord recognition is not smart enough to detect slash chords from MIDI files, but this will be fixed soon when MIDI importing will be reworked.
Thanks,
Attila
