Hi, apologies for the long question.... I had AIEP 2.0.4 for sale on eBay with an interested buyer but I wanted to clear up a few things first so I've ended the listing.
I purchased AIEP version 2 with a discount coupon from being an old (PT)IEP version 1 user.
I did the 2.0.4 update and registered the assets in my iLok account.
They show up in my ilok account as "Crossgrade" licences (and are for 2 concurrent installs - wasn't it supposed to be 3?)
Can I transfer these iLok assets and provide the buyer with my original order number and email to download the v2.0.2 installers from https://cs.mycommerce.com/airmusic/ then the free 2.0.4 updates from the AIR site?
I realise they'll work, but is it a valid licence transfer?
I suppose what I'm really asking is does the licence transfer with the iLok asset?
Thanks for clearing this up
Another resale question... sorry!

You may make a one time complete transfer of all rights. You cannot break up a bundle and you must provide the customer all the download links/codes.
