Is there a way to make the Time graph wider (or, even better, pop it up in a resizeable window)
It looks like the meters on the left-hand side have a (large) fixed minimum width.

Sorry if this may not help, but you coud try to change the resolution to EBU +9 and change the offset as well. Maybe this will help you?
Why do you want a wider graph, btw? Aren't the numbers enough already?

You can resize the plugin in the standard way (bottom right of the plugin) and then resize the meter column on the left to be it's minimum. That's about the best you can do, and I'm sure you're aware of this. I agree the meter column is a little large but resizing isn't a huge deal, although it then eats up a lot of space.

Woo hoo - it paid off
We now have two "Collapse" buttons - so I can see the Meters or the Timegraph or both.
Thank you.

Now: the Short-term curve here goes on for a lot longer than the 4 notes. How is its level calculated over time?

And, what is the Range curve showing me?

Momentary, Short-Term and Integrated are terms defined in the various "loudness" standards. Momentary use a 400 ms window, Short-Term a 3 seconds window. The "range" curve is probably the LRA, which is (I think) the difference between top and lowest short-term values, excluding the most extreme peaks and silence.DarkStar wrote:Now: the Short-term curve here goes on for a lot longer than the 4 notes. There's a nice article about it here:
