AMS Neve 15-80 Classic Delay emultation?

What's the nearest vst to the AMS Neve 15-80 Classic Delay? I'm thinking that someone must have tried to emulate it (for free hopefully), or that some classic IRs are available...

Yeah, "Joy Division - The Documentary" was fascinating (it's also on youtube). Following on I did some research about JD's signature sound and now I'm getting gear lust over AMS delays, nasty little Melos delays and the Marshall Time Modulator. I should have titled this post a bit better to cover all those boxes really.

The Marshall Time Modulator (MTM) has been vst-virtualised by Intelligent Devices but I want a free alternative. (http://www.kvraudio.com/product/marshal ... nt_devices)
