What do you think of this mix?

first big mistake: autotune...
other than that the mix in general needs a lot more room, punch (expecially the drums) and bigger sound. it's really dull and tamed. compared to lady gaga (and it's obviously headed in her direction). the drums need to be louder and more grooving. the bass (frequencies) are too much. use a low cut on some instruments. the chorus needs more impact. after the pre-chorus you expect something big and all you get is same lazy drums and some kind of vocoder.
