I'm not sure if I understand the PM of KVR.
I thought I replied to your PM, but it seems not.

Thank you for your video.
I will check it again.
By the way, what is your version of Cubase?
I only have Cubase Elements 10.5.

Tadashi
I am using Nuendo 10.3.0. In looking into it further I am certain that it is a delay compensation issue, as changes that I make to ASIO guard and buffer size, as well as turning off delay compensation, have a direct effect on the midi sync of RPE2 Euclidean mode.

I made a video comparing Groove Agent's sequencer, RPE2's Standard Mode, and RPE2's Euclid Mode. All are perfectly in sync when starting at the first measure of the project. When starting at a later measure, Groove Agent and RPE2 Standard Mode behave alike and are in sync with the project. RPE2 Euclid Mode is the outlier and is not in sync. Because RPE2 Standard Mode is working fine on my system, I'm hopeful that maybe there could be a fix for the Euclid Mode - and the problem is not necessarily with Nuendo but with the delay compensation settings of the Euclid Mode section of RPE2.
I appreciate your help with this!

This time I debugged with Nuendo,
And it seems to be fine now.
Please test v1.0.3.

Hello Tadashi. I'm getting a "Oops! That page can’t be found." for the 1.0.3 win installer page. Loving RPE2 btw. Thanks-

The latest version works great! Thank you for your attentiveness and quick fix to this issue.

Now that Euclidean Mode is syncing properly I am using two separate instances of RPE2, one set to the Standard Mode, and that one running into the Euclidean Mode with midi pass through, and that one going to my instrument track. The rhythmic possibilities with this approach are mind-boggling. A dream come true for me!

I appreciate you Tadashi!

I would have a few suggestions for Delay 4:

1. select one step form inside the SLFO and use it until you select another (see HY-MPS)
2. adjustable smoothness for the SLFO (see HY-MPS)
3. shorter delay times for the Simple Delay down to 1ms
4. display of numerical values of knob settings (mainly HPF/LPF, but feedback, volume, pan, etc. would also be welcome)
4. modulatable HP/LP resonance knobs also available in the standard feedback window without having to resort to FX1 and 2 slots
5. retro delay mode 1:1 from HY-Delay 1
6. maybe a graphical multi tap mode à la Delay Designer. 4 taps would be fine with me.
7. BUG?: HPF knob doesn't seem to do much in the Groove Delay mode?

keep up the great work and stay healthy,
Jan

In addition to what this wise man once suggested:
- dual delay: pan pots for left and right taps aka, stereo placement
- dual delay: separate set of HP/LPF for each tap
- dual delay: separate feedback knobs for each tap
- “true multi tap delay“ (like PSP 608, or Late Replies): with individual level, feedback, panning, LP/LPF, pitch effects slot(s) per tap

P.S.: don't see these as feature request that should be added no matter what (especially the multi tap one is more like wishful thinking): After all it's you who decides what's useful enough and what's not.
It's just my personal take on how your (already great) stuff could be improved

regards,
Jan

Hi Tadashi, do you have any plans to show a bit more modulation info in your plugins? I'm hoping to see mod position someday, in both the lanes and on the knobs. I love using your plugins, but it's just sometimes hard to tell what's happening with modulation.
Here's a quick comp i created with a marker inside the lanes and a smaller knob mark to allow for a ghosted position indicator.
Thank you!

and does anyone know if it's possible for the mods to be bipolar?
What if there was an option like the mockup below which allowed you to set the center of the bi-mod?

lastly! There were updates to a few of his plugins today, which is what inspired my posting here:

HY have programmed a free Euclidean Sequencer Gate plugin for BPBlog:

Also, there’s an update out for HY-Poly (with new vector engine), in case anyone hasn’t been following the HY-Poly thread.
