Problem frozen mix mode after install multis

I installed a new SSD drive and i am trying to transfer my multis and patches. I apparently did not install all of them and now on startup, my VIP freezes in Mix mode, and I am unable to get to Setup to install downloads. The front panel is frozen as well and none of the knobs or buttons work.
