If it's like reaper the Personal/Small Business License would be:
You are an individual, and the plugin is only for your personal use, or
You are an individual or business using the plugin commercially, and yearly gross revenue does not exceed USD $20,000, or
You are an educational or non-profit organization.

Point is, we also offer B2B and group licenses (not about business volume, though).

@camsr: Yes
@MogwaiBoy: Thanks man. SlickEQ M doesn't offer linear phase options, though.

No matter Contrary to some views, I quite often find minimal phase EQ'ing sounds better for mastering some songs.
You guys make incredible stuff that is powerful yet easy to use - and affordable. Thanks!

not being facetious or snarky or anything but . . . why do I need this EQ ?
Using LIVE9 EQ8 and I seem to be able to craft just about any curve there . . .

Simple, it's not about the "curves", it's about the application.
Yes, you can pretty much do "anything with anything" these days, but would it be comfortable for you? Would it fit the task at hand? And to those that look closer under the hood, can you do "per frequency band" saturation? This "type" especially?
SlickEQ M is a Mastering EQ, made for mastering. That simple.
You have everything you need in one GUI, and then some. Think the Massey Mastering EQ, or the Sonitec Mastering EQ - with added M/S and Stereo functions, the control to add saturation at will, and do additional global sound shifting.
We talk:
- minimum phase, parallel EQ (most mastering EQ's are serial)
- per frequency band and "master out" widening/narrowing features
- per frequency band and "master out" stereo balance offset
- saturation for the LF bands and HF bands (important to know: each band has different saturation!)
- a "meta filter" in the middle section to "tilt" the signal, focus it more or add some LF/HF frequency correction
- you get a LF MONO feature (called "Elliptical Filter" - to make everything below the center frequency mono)
- an Auto Gain Compensation feature (not many mastering EQ's have this)
- an Auto EQ feature (consult the manual what this is about)
And the best of it - all of this for merely 50EUR
Without any crazy CP schemes as well.
(Manley Massive/Passive UAD costs 299EUR and needs the UAD, the IKM Master EQ432 costs 179EUR and needs C/R)
If you're happy with what you already have, then use what you already have. If you're looking after a specific task however, are not covered in that section yet, and don't want to sell your kidney for this... then Tokyo Dawn Labs might be right up your alley.
"Low budget tools, for high end applications."

Compy - love you but perhaps I should have considered this is for "mastering" usage; I'm fortunate to also use Ozone5
I get it that this SlickEQ is affordable, as it's the only reason I'm considering it (I am a cheap bas#&*d)
peace
