I only have blackhole of these two, at the moment. But maybe I get a yule present from myself soon and I put VVV on the list.

A bit OT here, but I have a question about the first reverb plugin I picked up. As I started recording in a DAW back in 2008(?), I picked up a reverb called Glaceverb by DaSample.
It has a quite unique sound and I still use it now and then. Right, the question is about the algorithm, DaSample calls it Residual Vector Modulation (RVM) reverberation engine.
What is that and what does it do?
One preset which I haven't been able to reproduce is Abime modelling. No clue what it does, but great for far out ambience.

Developers page is gone, but It is freeware.

There's some liquid reverberation stuff in this. Must revisit later today, I think
