i'm currently working on track which i'm going to use for my final project for school.
i'm going to make a videoclip completely produced in 3D with a storyline an all.
but since i'm from the Netherlands i'm having trouble to find a good speaker for the "voice over" in the track... and i was hoping i could maybe find someone over here who could help me with this.
it's not a complicated text and you don't have to be a professional voice over or something.
so if you are that person, or knows someone who could be that person (maybe your little sister or something) that would help me a lot!!!
please help me out!

Anyway; KVR is far from being the best place to ask about this kind of thing. A far better bet would be a VO/acting specific site, somewhere aimed at amateurs and beginners; there are various sites out there which offer audition-based recruiting for that kind of thing, on a zero-to-cheap fee basis.
Do a google search for 'amateur voiceover site' and you should be able to find others like this:
