MuLab 7.7.4 64bit Apple Mac with macOS10.13.4
Render to audio File works.
Render again immediately and choose Yes to overwrite last rendered version will crash mulab.
Repeatable any number of times.

I've used "Export Composition To Audio File" on the "Airtime" demo project (MuLab 7.7.4, MacOS Sierra), works fine, even when immediately exporting it again and overwriting the audio file.
You meant the "Export Composition To Audio File" function, right?
Does it also happen when doing it twice for "Airtime" demo project?
If yes please email the complete crash report to

My bad, I meant "Render to Audio Track(s)"
Pop-up menu from the icon of the Rack in Compose view or the header of the rack in the mixer.
Even a new project with no midi in the basic synth will do it (as well as a track with MIDI of course)
I suspect a file lock thing ..

I can indeed repeat the issue. Taken note for further investigation & fix. Thx for reporting this.
