There's something I've been wondering for a while but just today I remembered:
Why does NOVA in Eco Mode only allows 6 dB per octave LPFs? Is it just to reduce the CPU? Or is there another reason?

That's because higher order filters wouldn't operate well in this mode (at high freqs).
