Go to https://indiginus.com/. On top, there's a link called Support. Click it. You will see an email address just underneath Contact info. Write a nice email and ask for directions. They're friendly and helpful people.
Just be aware that Indiginus sample libraries require you to have the full (paid for) version of Native Instruments' sampler Kontakt 5.8.1 or higher. The free Kontakt Player will only work for 15 minutes or so.
This is clearly spelled out on every product page: "Requires Kontakt 5.8.1 or higher. Full Version"
