Hi, I'm a newbie to ZynAddSubFX, and I'm wondering whether there is a shortcut for resetting a knob or a curve to its default value / default shape? Or perhaps an equivalent to Ctrl+Z? (In my case, that just triggers a key on the virtual midi keyboard.)

More generally, is there any documentation / tutorial of the new interface? The documentation on https://zynaddsubfx.sourceforge.io/support.html (https://zynaddsubfx.sourceforge.io/support.html) seems to be a bit out of date, and so are all the tutorials that I find on youtube.

Thank you for your help! :)

Looks like double click should result in resetting to default in the fusion UI.
CTRL+z should be a shortcut built in as we do have an undo/redo system implemented, however the plugin host likely captures the CTRL event.
Per newer documentation, there is https://github.com/zynaddsubfx/user-manual though it hasn't been expanded in a while.

Thank you, double click works well, nice! The documentation also looks good, I had somehow missed the link to it.

As for the captured CTRL event, can you point me toward a solution for the issue? The capturing does also occur when running ZynAddSubFX as a standalone application.

For in DAW cases I'm not sure there is any workaround. For the standalone, I had thought it was still working. mruby-zest-build/src/mruby-widget-lib/mrblib/script.rb still shows the code which calls /undo on CTRL+z and /redo on CTRL+y.

You're right, it does work in standalone. It also plays the keyboard key associated with Z, that's why I first thought it didn't work. Thank you! :)

Heh, I guess there wasn't a check to mask the 'z' event if CTRL+z was received. That's something that could get tossed on the bug tracker at some point. Would make a good first issue compared to a lot of the outstanding bugs.
