under Michael Norris "DONATE" button is stated:
I am currently porting SoundMagic Spectral to the JUCE framework, which will allow for SoundMagic to run as a VST, AAX and for both Macs and PCs as well. Your donation to ongoing development will make this faster, and encourage further development. Click the button to donate via PayPal — thanks!
so DONATE and it will come.

Michael Norris is very personable and has been open to questions for years. I think he would get many more donations if he released an example or two of the updated processors in the Soundmagic Spectral bundle. I used that plugin suite for a long time but had to leave it behind due to compatibility issues. I'd be willing to pay for a fully updated suite. Maybe we'll see something in 2022.

Melda Mtransformer and MSpectralDelay, obviously.

Indeed! i use them for their extensive spectral capabilities, and don't forget; MMorph...
and MTurboReverb, it has a spectral algoritm, you must type it... but it works great....
and of MFeeFormEqualizer is... spectral...
and i hope that the statement about Soundmagic Spectral bundle is true, would be great to have for it for Windows, i will donate!

I tried this one, but it turned out to be one-trick pony to me. All these weird-ass delays don't really fit anywhere.
Also, programming Melda plugins is a P.hD degree on its own.

I don't own tons of plugins, so I just learn well what I've got.DJ Warmonger wrote: ↑Fri Dec 10, 2021 12:47 pmI tried this one, but it turned out to be one-trick pony to me. All these weird-ass delays don't really fit anywhere.

The delay is mostly gimmicky, though there are a few more subtle uses for it that can work. But usually I use it without the delay, just the Transform and Level sections.DJ Warmonger wrote: ↑Fri Dec 10, 2021 12:47 pmI tried this one, but it turned out to be one-trick pony to me. I'm a big fan of synths and effects that can take a 'normal' sound and transform it in real-time into something else, and I'm looking for whatever are the 'best', most interesting, or most unique - what are your favourites?
to give you an example of what I mean - I absolutely love additive synthesis where you can create a normal square or saw wave, and with a turn of a knob the partials slide out of harmony with each other, or fold round, or something else, and then slide right back into place.
I have VSTs like NI Razor, Arturia Pigments, Izotope Iris, and as potential purchases I have my eye on Melda MMorph and MCharacter, and Unfiltered Audio's SpecOps, and I would love to get hold of a Mac VST of Fruity's Harmor or Apple/CamelAudio's Alchemy for their resynthesis capabilities. what else would you recommend?
In this topic I posted a solution to use Harmor on Mac.. you need Bitwig though
