Crashes loading an mp3 file over 3 mb

Couldn't make a spectrogram of an mp3 file over about 3mb with the demo so I bought the full version but it is still crashing
I tried on mac and windows

i redownloaded all the songs I wanted to study at a lower quality and the spectrogram still looked great!

Judging by the crash report it seems like it crashed while preparing to resample the sound, so the error would most likely be with the MP3 decoding. Please send the MP3 file that caused the crash (you can email it to me) so I can find out what's wrong with the decoding. In the meantime you can use anything (like Audacity) to convert the file to another format.
