Hello,

I've been thinking for a while to switch OS on desktop computer from Win 10 to Linux.

My first question is, do the TDR plugins run under Linux well with some sort of wine / other?

Second question is, is there plans to possibly make linux native plugins of any format in the future, possibly with CLAP plugin format?

Thanks,

I only have the free plugins by Tokyo Dawn Labs and they work flawlessly for me.

I use Wine and the linvst bridge. This script may also be useful.

I have tested a large number of plugins that way and most of them work just fine.

Note that if your DAW runs well on Linux/Wine, you can just run the Windows native version of the DAW and native Windows plugins. I know that Mulab and FL Studio run very well. I don't know about others. You may want to give it a try with your favorite DAW.

They also work great with Wine and yabridge.

But a native Linux version would be great. :hyper:
