QIN_RV Engine - plugin lost. I need a link to install

Hi,

Can somebody please send me a link to install the latest version of Kong Audio's QIN_RV Engine.
I just tried to access my Kong Audio instruments for the first time in a while and it seems that my QIN Engine is now missing as it says 'missing plugin' when I tried to load it.

The link on Kong Audio's website for the QIN engine is not working and I cannot find the installation link anywhere online.
