for DnD, if you mean from Falcon own browser, this was actually a bug that is now fixed on our end, so this will be available in next Falcon version.
MIDI export for each track is more an issue where to put it without crowding the UI

OK - I just bought it and set it up. I only had a very quick play (no time until next week) but I can see that I shouldn't have worried about this. With only a couple of articulations for any instrument - it creates really cool percussion parts.
I don't know if it's round robins or actually using (slightly) different types of hits for one articulation - but it sounds great!
I'm glad I went for this

Every time UVI has a new instrument (Whoosh, Drone, Drum Designer, Meteor, and so on), people ask for this (some bemoan the lack of sample import). As far as I know, UVI has never implemented this all-too-common request. It seems UVI is threatened by the concept--as if it would devalue their libraries. Would it, anyone?
Doing nothing is only fun when you have something you are supposed to do.

I doubt they’re threatened by it. Something I can add is that I beta tested a few products that had browsers built in that could access user samples and there were always a lot of bugs related to them every update. I could imagine drag and drop means less UI clutter and less overhead dealing with a browser GUI when most DAWs have perfectly capable sample browsers.

1.1.1 has been released . This should help the CPU at trigger time.

Afoxe 2 instrument at half midi velocity is triggering with a 1/8 space before the sample or something?
low or high velocity is ok, between 55-91 velocity the sample is wrong.

Hi,
I'm running Percussion Factory in UVI workstation.
Windows 11 and Reaper is my DAW.
I can load presets and can load and set up multis in UVI workstation but - how do I save presets in Percussion Factory?
I cannot find a way
I can see a hamburger to save sequencer presets - but I cannot see how to save presets.
There *must* be a way

You cannot save presets with UVI workstation. You need Falcon.
If using UVI, the preset will be saved only by the daw.
(Don't ask me the purpose of the UVI standalone version, if presets can't be saved)
Regards.

Ok thanks.
That's not so good really. So I guess you just use the presets as your starting point and work in the DAW.

All Round robin are aligned so they have the same pre ring time, so this is maybe what you are hearing.
Please contact our support so they can troubleshot this.
Thanks !

How do I do this?Of course you can save presets in the Workstation just like in Falcon.
I'm being thick - and can't find it
I can save multis, but how do I save a preset? - or at least a single "part" of UVI workstation? (without overwriting the other parts)

Sorry, I meant the saving of a multi. That's how I do it in Falcon as well, that's why I don't miss a thing here...

Ahh OK - I'm going to see if there's a way to save/load just one part of a multi without overwriting the other parts.rasmusklump wrote: ↑Mon Mar 06, 2023 4:02 pm Sorry, I meant the saving of a multi. That's how I do it in Falcon as well, that's why I don't miss a thing here...
