Hi cant find my admin area for uploading plugins

Any problems with the site? How can we improve KVR?

Normaly i had it on top right said admin something. Now its gone. Have they moved it somewhere else. I was gona upload som free synths. And i have the account but cant access it? All help are wellcome.
