I cant get an authentication mail from Roland Cloud

Hi please help me, I dont receive a mail from roland a authentication code. I just bought a SP404 MKII and i want to download the app but i cannot enter the websit without signing in, so i created an account but i dont get the authentication code from my email.

I would suggest you contact Roland, rather than post on an unconnected website.
