I wish Synthcraft would have placed higher, but innovation just isn't around since 64 bit came. There were hardly any comments in this forum this year too.

the main prize is the lessest in history too?

maybe lots of people forgot about it?
if the challenge is yearly and always in summer,
maybe people are less likely to forget?
and devs and voters could be better prepared?
i know some devs wished they had more time
2 months instead of one

i hope the challenge doesn't die
it's kind of one of the good things about kvr audio?

Thanks to everyone who downloaded and (attempted) to run Roundels - apologies to those for whom it couldn't work. This is my first attempt at a plugin and I am very encouraged to know that, if nothing else, the concept is a good one.

I did take on board all the comments and messages people sent and have been re-coding the entire engine in the past couple of weeks. I didn't release an update in this time as I actually ended up adding a couple of new features, and streamlining a few others, and we are asked not to add those developments during the competition window. I will be releasing those updates in the coming weeks as I continue to get better at coding - particularly when it comes to widening the usage to Windows.

Thanks again - it has been a great experience and certainly encouraged me to keep at it.

it's kind of unpredictable
mostly it's every two years
but not guaranteed
it usually happens during summer
but i remember it happened in the autumn too

it would be great if it happens every year, every summer
it would be easier to remember, for voters and for devs
