Why do I get all these multiple chord tones from Tonespace?

As an amateur/retired flute player (i.e. playing/recording only monophonic music) I find Tonespace tool very useful to generate various midi chords from monophonic midi flute files input to Tonespace.
However I do not understand why I always get all these multiple chord tones output from Tonespace (v2.5) when trying various triads settings in Tonespace (see attached png file).
