Hello. I created a project with usage of sylenth1 then moved the project to my windows laptop and it doesn't recognize the AU version of the plugin. If I just replace the plugin with windows version of it (VST3 64) then it loses all the settings and switches to the default sound. I'm using FL Studio. How to fix this?

Hi,
Unfortunately, you don't. AU plugin format is only available on Mac, not on PC. There is no instant way to replace AU with VST2/3 without losing settings. (This goes for any plugin btw, not just Sylenth1).
So if you need your project to be compatible between Mac and PC, then you should make sure to use VST2 or VST3 only!
