Rack Ctrl + Drag & Drop

The insertion position when duplicating a Rack with Ctrl + Drag & Drop varies based on whether the Rack extends beyond the screen.
If the Rack is within the screen boundaries, it will be inserted at the intended location.
If the Rack extends beyond the screen, it will be inserted at the very end.
