Is there a drum sampler that can loop oneshot samples in sync to the beat?

I want to:
- load a oneshot sample into a pad
- set a synced loop interval (like 1/8)
- hold the note mapped to the pad
=> the mapped sample retriggers at the configured interval as long as the note is pressed. Best case would be if I could set a note range and different notes in the range would play different intervals.

Is there a (drum) sampler out there that can do this?

I mean, I do this with my NI mk3 + maschine's pads in note repeat mode. Load any drum sound or kit I want, repeat those notes in whatever time division I want. I can arrange that as held midi notes, etc.
