Here is my track for the challenge
I must start by saying I was extremely surprised by this synth. At the beginning I didn't expect much (first time ever doing phase distortion). But then - wow !
Such richness, such flexibility. I was stunned.

Reaper DAW (installed specifically for the occasion, first time as well)

There is a theory that says: wormholes lead to parallel worlds. There must be people living too, and they must have music too! If It Is...

This track, which is a mix of dance music, psychedelia and alien technology, will take you through wormhole into a parallel world in the context of musical perception of reality.

Hello friends
Here's my track for this month. I feel like I have yet a lot of possibilities to discover in this synth. When i began with it I thougt that it would be a far different concept than the substractive synths but when you get into it is not so different. Anyways, the sound it has is great and the CPU cost is very low. Thanks nakst.

one instance of regency in bitwig 5.1.4.

also using micropitch, eq+, chow tape model, wider, epic clouds, cramit, tdr nova, tdr kotelnikov, loudmax.

due to a bug the voice stack modulator won't save its settings with the project, but i think they can be reasonably recreated from the screenshot.

Uh hu ... I see KHs Bitcrush and Khs distortion in use ... Hm, "the synth came with bitcrush" was my first reaction. 2nd, the rules seem to be getting more and more relaxed.
And iirc Raum is not a free plugin ...

Post

Raum is free in Komplete Start, also Ruina is another (free) distortion - but, I believe the rule is subtle use is ok (i.e. adding some extra harmonics), but it should not change the sound/character of the synth too much (subjective...)

So you wait till after the deadline to comment that you think a commonly used reverb (like 5 people used it) is illegal and you didn't even bother to first look it up?

Is better to just answer that Raum was paid and now is free. It is sometimes hard to keep track everything is going on in music plugin industry.

It's probably because someone thinks "I like how it sounds, so I prefer kHs Bitcrush over built-in". But I agree - it's strange.

And of course - there are rules and some effects are allowed. But it makes difference how someone interprets it. When someone invite me to his flat and say "come in", I don't start bringing furniture inside to live there for a month.

A lot of wrong assumptions that make a total valid argument... or vice versa? "Iirc" ... look it up.

Post

If you think a plugin is illegal, the decent thing to do would be to say something before the deadline so that they'd have time to change it instead of just being disqualified. If the person posts it right before the deadline, this understandably may not be possible.

Please don't suggest people should be disqualified without even looking it up first. If actually you did try to look it up and couldn't find it, just say that instead of claiming you were going off memory.
