Image import Maize GUI editor

Hello everyone, and happy New Year!

I am currently building a plug-in in Maize and I’m working in the GUI editor. I am trying to import my own button image, to use as the “next instrument” button. Every button I import is cut in half or a chunk of the image is missing. Has anyone run into this problem or can help me solve this? I’ve been at it for days now and I can’t seem to figure it out.

I think the manual says you have to use horizontal button layout, Images side by side, not stacked one above the other.

Your .png needs two button images side by side evenly aligned, one to represent the 'off' (not clicked) state and one for 'on' (clicked).
