New style piano keyboard not Triggering correctly

Just bought Guitar T Taylor and lapsteel the new style keyboard different colours is confusing lefthand side of keyboard just makes scratching noises , cant seem to get it triggering for live playing as in tutorials

I'm confused whether you bough a guitar or a keyboard, and if it is a keyboard I honestly can't make out what brand & model.
But it sounds like the unit is either faulty or just not for you, so my advice is to return it to the shop and get your money back.

Sorry its an ample sound plug in that looks to be installed correctly, having watched some tutorials on it the keys on my midi keyboard dont perform the functions as they should do looking for advice on ample sound guitar plugins 2024 thanjs
