I get no upgrade code!!!

Hi, I tried many times to get an upgrade code to V2.
I tried multiple times the e-mail-box with the correct e-mail-address... nothing
I tried multiple times to contact the support directy... nothing
Now I try it via this forum.
How do I get my upgrade code?
