I was wondering if the Ample Bass P II Lite can make bass slide sounds? I.e.,

Also, I notice the note 'E' 1 appears to be the lowest playable note. Is this a limitation of the 'Lite' version of the plugin?

You can drag the E string tuning peg to tune that strung to drop D if memory serves. Not sure about the slides.

I think the IK MODO Bass does the slides.
I tried it and the sound system isn't bad. The patterns library is badly designed, poor UX.
Ample Sounds free plugs are pretty good, esp with a little processing.
I recommend the free ToneLib Bassdrive for bass.
And recommend IK Multimedia Mixbox it's fantastic. Just wish they add midi learn and wet-dry automation.
