I am experiencing a problem to open any menu in Sylenth1 on MacOS.
Any help, please?
UI problems in Bitwig for Sylenth1.

Sadly not an answer, but I can confirm that this happens as well. Anything that uses the popup, including the copy/paste arrows and the patch selector when clicking on the name, and of course the menu, simply does not appear when Bitwig is full-screen. Fully maximised is no problem. Moving the synth to a different screen not on the same one as Bitwig has the popups functioning normally.
This is happening in 5.1 as well as the 5.2 beta (which switches rendering to a GPU process) - I checked this in case it made any difference. Sadly not.
Other DAWs i've tested seem fine. One might argue it's a Bitwig issue, but no other plugins I have experience this issue, and it does feel like this shouldn't be happening on the synth level.
