You mean Izmo?
Of course there is a Scope view: It's located in the bottom strip. When you open Hive2 with Izmo, the FX tab is shown. Right from the Vibrato section there is a vertical strip where you can choose the FX tab, Mod Matrix tab, Scope tab, XY tab and Keyboard tab (from top to bottom).
