Hi all
I was wondering if there is a simple wave player VST??. No MIDI keyboard control..just to play a wave file and loop it.
This is to simply set up some loops that i can jam to, and other creative purposes.
I suppose it would be easy to set up in SE, but I am not an SE dev
or..even a MP3 player VST ( is there such a thing???)

grab the latest SE beta from
http://www.synthedit.com/beta/beta.htm
you also need DH Waveplayer module
http://www.dehaupt.com/SynthEdit/DH%20WavePlayer2+.htm
simply save as VST, use generic skin or have a go at editing the default one (make a new folder in skins)
we will make an SE dev of you yet
get practicing
oh most important you need this >

Thanks for this and quick work too.
Actually..I work in SE a lot since I do dev work with Dr Ambient. But mostly for beta testing and creating the default banks of our products, which is done in SE. I have not done any coding however. But the DR is trying to encourage me.

Probably a very dumb question, but why don't you just import the files into your sequencer of choice?
There are 3 kinds of people:
Those who can do maths and those who can't.
