I'd like to synchronize my laptop to a band I play in, but I don't want to use a click track.
Since I'm always tapping my foot to the beat, some kind of midi foot pedal would work. Fortunately, I have a MIDI sustain pedal. Is it possible to send the sustain information to the host BPM?
The host would be Tracktion 2 or Live 4 (still deciding).

II think you be better off syncing your band to your laptop....if you need to just feed a click track to your drummer
