Looking for WebPage Help

I have no idea how this would work logistically, but...I'm seriously toying with the idea of having my own web-page for hosting my music, maybe hawking a CD or two...whatever, but simple. I'm thinking about using audioshot.

Thing is, I have no HTML skills, nor do I have much of a clue about graphic design or Webpage possibilities. And, if the truth be told, I would much prefer to devote my time to playing music. So, I was wondering if there are any brave, artistic souls who would be willing to work with me in helping me to set this up. As I said, it would be simple. Although I can't afford alot, I would be willing to pay some $$$ for such assistance.
