WaveLab Pro 13 is Steinberg's flagship mastering and audio editing platform, now featuring a comprehensive workflow for Dolby Atmos and immersive audio production. This version introduces the Master Montage and Album Montageworkspaces, allowing users to edit, process, and assemble ADM files with the same flexibility found in stereo projects. The new Immersive Plug-in Hub supports up to 128 audio channels, enabling the insertion of standard VST3 plug-ins across bed, clip, and track configurations without complex routing.

For stereo and immersive mastering alike, MasterRig 2 has been updated with a scalable interface, sidechain support, and enhanced processing modules. The software now utilizes full multi-core processing in the Audio Montage to significantly reduce render times. Additional professional features include Loudness and TruePeak normalization for ADM files, a dedicated MixerDelay for channel alignment, and a Bass Manager for optimizing low-frequency distribution in spatial mixes.
