when i heard about Ethno Komplete 3 i got pretty excited and all that..and since they claimed to be one of the largest Ethnic instruments collection on the market.i didnt' do more research and got the program.surprisingly two of the instrumetns that i was lookign for in particular werent' there.one was ZOURNA which it wasn't there at all..the other one was SAZ..THE IT WAS THERE, BUT NOT AS A PATCH AVAILABLE FOR USER TO PLAY AND RECORD AND STUFF LIKE THAT..BUT AS A COLLECTION OF A COUPLE OF LOOPS.I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHO NEEDS THOSE LOOPS ANYWAYS.I THINK THIS IS A MISREPRESENTAITION OF THE PROGRAM WHEN THEY LIST THE NAME OF THE INSTRUMENTS , BUT AFTER YOU BUY IT..YOU FIND OUT THAT PARTICULAR INSTRUMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE AS A PATCH, BUT ONLY IN FOR OF SOME LOOPS.I HOPE SOME ONE PROVES ME WRONG, OTHERWISE, I'LL BE SORRY THAT I WAISTED MY DOLLARS.AND THE BEST PART IS CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T RETURN E-MAILS ADN PHONE CALLS!.THAT'S AWESOME1!!!BY THE WAY , ON YOUR FEEKBACK FORM ADD IN OPTION FOR RTAS FORMAT!
