BazzISM
BazzISM

BazzISM is a drum synthesizer that produces bass kicks by a sinus sweep. The sweep's parameters are adjustable in a wide range. The built in envelope generator supersedes post filtering.

If you have built your bass drums with a wave editor and an equalizer up to now, you'll achieve the same results interactively within seconds using BazzISM.

I've been a user of this software for quite some time. The latest version 2.0 is by far better than version 1.x. There was nothing wrong with 1.x mind you, 2.0 really rocks! If you need kick drums of any flavor, this is the kit to purchase.

House, Techno, Psytrance, Trance, Hardcore, Dub, Hip-Hop, what ever your electronic music pleasure, this software as a kick drum just for you. The new version (2.0) allows you to customize the kick envelope which will really get your kick as tuned as you want it.

The user interface is intuitive, but read the docs to get a better understanding of what everything does and what all the acronyms do.

My suggestion: Play around with the presets first, see how each one effects the various parameters and sounds. Then you can tweak until your hearts desire to get the kick that is just what you've been looking for. I know you're feeling me. I have searched for the perfect kick drum for quite some time. Then I found Bazzism.

Now that you're done reading, download it and buy it!!
All and all, it's the best 30 you'll ever spend on a kick drum!

Magic Carpet is described as an "autocreative VSTi" (i.e. it generates music byitself). Its four Instruments create a steady stream of music in the given bounds for Scale, Rhythm and Sound. The instrument's sound engines consist of a subtractive synthesizer, a sampler, a filter, a chorus and a reverb. The Scale is set by the notes relative frequency of appearance, the rhythm by density of notes per bar. The user sets bounds for the variation of the synthesizer's and filter's parameters. The sampler selects one of four samples for every note played. The 'loop mode' provides six bars that can be '... [more]
