I bought this plug-in about nine months ago. After little time I realised what I could do in production terms with this program. The loopeye feature is one of the best GUIs I've seen on the market solely for its creative purposes, and of course the library would put any beholder on the cutting edge of dance music production. About three months ago, due to popular demand and a great deal of peer pressure I had no option but to change my OS which required me to seek support from the creaters of this wonderful plug-in, Ueberschall. Initially, after very poor support ,Ueberschall were unable to help me with a simple file download which in effect means I can't use the program. For two and a half months now they have refused to even acknowledge me. This has tarnished my opinion of the product immensely, and sadly it has left me feeling I've been had.

Dear readers
After two and a half months, the staff at Ueberschall have replied!,(thanks to a beautiful angel here at KVR)yes, they have,I feel special again, well,I did, for the time it took for me to read this...
they wrote..

"Our web programmer will reset your acount asap.I will inform you in time!
(we are just improving this system , sorry!!) "

Ok,I got a reply,they will get back to me in time,hmmm ?

Please readers,Is there any registered Ueberschall users here
at KVR that has experienced this kind of business, one feels
indivually vindicated ,is it just me?
Will keep you informed of my progress with this folks,in the mean time, turn on eastenders, only joking, dont do that,Jesus,
God forbid,I ask you to be positive reading this.Well, what ever your into,in the mean time, I'll be lounging over at Cm (Computer music) and (sos)Sound on sound, not forgetting the good guys at Native (I lov them)
and propellerheads too,(wo,Iov these guys too).
If one seeks hard enough, one will find, even if the walls come tumbling down, right?
I paid £166.0 for this plug and I'm determind to get my moneys
worth,C'ant wait untill Ueberschall drag there web programmer off from the tv box(eastenders is on!) thanks for reading peep's
