Hi, I have just downloaded the 1.5 v. Redtron vsti but it is not running in my Cakewalk Sonar X3 64-bits! I have copied the .dll file into my main VST folder and even after a succeded VST scan it doesn't show up on the vsti plugins list!

Any help?

I could not find the company's email or any FAQs!

Thank you

Hi, Carlo!

I have a same problem. Redtron not showing up on my VST folder. It worked on Sonar X1 (64-bit) but now after I installed X3 (64-bit + I still have X1 on my computer) it does not show up on X1 either. Even not on my old X1 projects where I used it a lot. :/

I would really like to know how to fix this issue because I think Redtron is probably the best mellotron-software I have ever used.

...and hello again! :)

Just found/located Redtron last night!

Open Cakewalk Plug-in Manager --> VST Instruments, and there it is, named as "Container". Take a look at the filename (at the bottom section of the Plug-in manager window) and there should be the location of the .dll file. For example my Redtron location is f:\audio programs\vstplugins\Redtron_SE.dll. Then just add Redtron (aka Container) to your VST folder. I had three different "Containers"... all 32-bit VST instruments.

Hope that helps! :)
