Luca Rocchi (Signum / Musicdyne) has announced that the Signum S1100 Sampler project has been resurrected in the form of Signum S1100 Sampler CDI. CDI means CD Image as it reads Akai Sound CD-Rom as disk image in ISO, NRG, BIN and IMG formats - Just load the cd image, set the MIDI input /audio output and you should be ready to play.

A very early preliminary release is already available and feedback is requested.
