Earlier this year BitHeadz placed themselves as one of the first music software companies in the industry with support for OSX. Since then, they have added support for the latest OS 10.2 system as well. The next step in OSX support will be the ability to work with Apple's OSX solution to processing audio.

Currently, BitHeadz Unity 3.0 products, Phrazer 2.0 and Phrazer LE programs have OS X support in stand-alone mode. Now that sequencing programs are making their way into OSX The new feature will allow users to integrate with current OSX compatible sequencers, like Logic, that support Audio Units.

Audio Units support will be one of the features in the Unity 3.1 update. Version 3.1 is expected for release in the first quarter of 2003. The update will be free for download to all current Unity Session, Unity DS-1 and Unity AS-1 3.0 users.

They are currently also developing new versions of the PC line. The Unity PC line will be updated to the 3.0 version and will include support for Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Expected release dates for the new versions are for the first quarter of the new year.
