Sonik Synth

This review is more about customer service+good product than solely a good product. Here's my tale:
Because I use a lot of GM type of sounds, I went looking for a "SoundCanvas killer," and OmniSynth seemed a good choice. I talked with SR and they helped me decide what format, etc., etc., but we met with some unfortunate delays. I subsequently talked with Dave and he personally straightened it all out, upgraded me to SonicSynth+OmniSynth, got it out to me ASAP, and then followed up with a phone call! The moral of the story: The product is great and SR really cares about getting things right for their customers.Read Review
