A few more hours and I would have successfully resisted another excellent deal. Obviously the therapy against GAS is working...

i just bought it without even thinking about it (even though I probably shouldn't have spent the cash). but the damn downloader won't work. it starts and then it crashes. i'm sure it will work out, but I wanted to play with it now dammit.
EDIT: got the downloader to finally work after I trashed it and downloaded it again. installed the software successfully, and it's not showing up in the service center or in Logic. put in a support ticket, but kind of confused. anyone else have this problem?

Hi, try power off, power on, run Reaktor standalone, thenmichael2 wrote: anyone else have this problem?
try and register. If that fails reboot, and try again, and if
that fails, reinstall Service Center, and run the .exe first,
and then register.
I have read several times, that most NI things won't work right as plugins,
until the .exe has been run once.
Cheers

What do people think of the new User's Library format?
I was clicking around and couldn't locate some of what I thought were all time popular ensembles.
I haven't tried any of the newly featured ones, but they do look interesting.

figured it out. I had reaktor player installed and service center and Logic were getting confused (I think). I ended up uninstalling everything that said reactor on it in my computer, then reinstalled and everything worked fine. not that anyone really cares about my woes, but just in case someone else has the same problem.
here's a link on how to uninstall on a mac:

With the upcoming Largo 64-bit they will go from 1.5.1 to 1.5.2 and comparable version number changes for PPG Wave 3.V and Waldorf Edition.Numanoid wrote:
With v5.6 for example 64 bit support was introduced. Many other vendors would have then gone from v5.5 to v6 but not Native Instruments
