Hi there, first timer here. I had a lot of fun messing around with the blooo. So many modulation destinations! :ud:
Unfortunately, i didn't get any further than an intro.. but i did get a lot of interesting presets out of it.
Best of luck to those who entered!

Just a quick note to say I have changed the crash cymbals to not "shriek" anymore! Hope they sound much better. Also, I have cut back some of the ringing in the steel drums. New presets again!

Then, of course, the mix needed some changes.

Hope the latest (and LAST) version sounds OK.

Great variety of tracks again as per susual. Good luck all.

blooo is one of the greatest synths of all time. It's strikingly similar to my favorites that I've made, but incredibly more efficient.

This synthesizer could be used for nearly everything if the portamento could be reset upon note release.

My system experiences some occasional blooo knob lag, but I haven't noticed if it's the parameter value or just the float label. I've had this issue with multi stage knobs and I was able to find a way to make it more efficient.

Also, some heavily modulating presets respond completely differently on different computers.

I dug up this random stuff when I was interacting with other virtual reality holograms of people via the blockchain and making smart contract cryptocurrency transactions on VIBEHub.
Huge mystery who made all this stuff, but it's pretty unique.

This pack was made for the project.
the blooo - GOAT Synths Collection - Perc and Mono FX Bank 1.3.fxb.7z
~58 bloos and these 5 other plugins for a mastering chain. No FX on the tracks or sidechaining. 2 things have automation.

Maybe it's just me, but this month, with a few notable exceptions, most of the tracks sounded very similar. Also the lack of varied sounds within tracks made many arrangements sound a bit boring. Maybe it was difficult to get enough variance out of this synth? Anecdotally, at least my track would have benefitted from more varied sound design.

That being said, the few exceptions demonstrated really skilled sound design and earned their 4 or 5 points. :)

btw. I don't think "analog hihat single oscillator" was meant as a submission :D
