problems purchasing from sugar bytes :(

i saw the deal that they had going on this week and i jumped on it but when i try to buy something it always rejects my parents card it takes everything fine until the last step when it asks for the security code and thats when it rejects me
does anyone know if its a problem on their side? maybe from too much site traffic? or am i just being stupid here? me or my parents can't find out what the security code is supposed to be :/

yea we use master card and its the 3 digits on the back. it didn't take it and it started asking for more info like ATM numbers or whatever
it kept saying it wasn't the right information and then it was asking for more than it needed

More than likely it's the credit card company rejecting a sale from a foreign distribution point. I often have to call my credit card company to allow charges to go through in a variety of countries outside the US (where my bank is)

SugarBytes DOES accept Paypal, so that might be an option...
