TSC will send you a serial number for Melodyne essentials which you register at celemony.com to download the installer.
I believe they'll also send you discount codes to use in the Marketplace to get the TSC plugins for 'free' - you'll need to set up a login (separate to your Tracktion account) for that.
If you've been waiting a while, nudging them at support@tracktion.com may not be a bad idea
