AU presets in user domain, h2p in local domain?

Ableton Live doesn't see presets in the local domain, only in the user domain. Is it recommended to move all AU presets (of filterscape, zebra2 etc.) to the user/library/audio/presets/u-he/... folder and let only remain the zebra h2p presets in the root/library... folder?
